Adding Fullness

Fullness can be added by adding slash lines to break a pattern down into segments. These segments can then be separated and rotated to add different types of fullness as is described in Duplicating/Replicating Lines.

This video shows how to change the darts in the Lower Torso Master Pattern to add fullness for an A-Line skirt. This skirt will remain fitted from waist to hem with the fullness starting at the hip level.
