I have found Antique Lamp Supply to have the best selection for a one stop shop hence the links and references to their stock numbers. They do not carry a 7" or 7.5" nipple so a 3" needs to be coupled to a 4" nipple to acheve the correct length. The seating rings and nipples are listed on one page in different sizes.
